If you haven’t read it, you have to because you are missing something big!

This book follows the story of an assassin girl named Celeana Sardothein who has been captured and been imprisoned for almost a year. She is asked by the Captain of the guard, Chaol Westfall, to appear as the kings’ champion/assassin in order for her freedom which will be granted to her four years after serving as the king’s champion.

Celeana has agreed to this decision and has to fight amongst the other well trained assassins, thieves etc. She has to win for her freedoms sake because losing would result in getting herself imprisoned again.

Don’t Look Back

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.1/5)

My thoughts on this book:

Firstly, this is Jennifer Lynn Armentrout a.k.a my favorite authors book. I chose to read this book because it was a thriller/mystery novel. I love reading mystery and wanted to read a mystery that would traumatize me and this was it.

I read this book and not only was I traumatized but this book-the ending!- it’s just- you don’t see it coming. You don’t. You think you see it coming but you don’t. It catches you completely off guard and then you close the book and then stare at the walls. I don’t know ’bout you guys but trust me if you want a mystery novel that would just make you go nuts- blow your mind this is my recommendation.

Samantha has become a stranger- a mystery in her own life. She disappears for a few days with her best friend and soon makes her way to a security officer- saved and ending up in a hospital.

She has no recollection of her past. All she knows is that she before she was a spoiled mean girl whom she doesn’t want to be again. She is falling for a boy named Carson Ortiz and is trying to move on with her life. But Cassie is still missing. And when she finally  puzzles the pieces together by remembering her past, she discovers that not remembering the memories is the thing that is still keeping her alive.

Paper Towns

Rating: ★★★★☆(4/5)

My thoughts on this book:

Another one of John Greens’ famous book that I have read. I have to say I liked this book. It was nice and different.

I love this quote:

I always thought of it like you said, that all the strings inside him broke. But there are a thousand ways to look at it: maybe the strings break, or maybe our ships sink, or maybe we’re grass—our roots so interdependent that no one is dead as long as someone is alive. We don’t suffer from a shortage of metaphors, is what I mean. But you have to be careful which metaphor you choose, because it matters. If you choose the strings, then you’re imagining a world in which you can become irreparably broken. If you choose the grass, you’re saying that we are all infinitely interconnected, that we can use these root systems not only to understand one another but to become one another. The metaphors have implications. Do you know what I mean?”

I mean John Greens’ book quotes are beautiful. 🙂

This is a romance and adventurous novel about a boy named Quentin who seems to be falling for his neighbor named Margo. He finds himself completely drawn to her. And then one day Margo disappears and she leaves clues which lead up to her location. Quentin finds himself searching for Margo with his friends. The closer Q gets the less he sees the girl he thought he knew…

Leaving Paradise Duology

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5)

My thoughts on this book:

This was a very good slow paced novel and I really liked the plot along with the plot twist. It’s another one of Simon Elkeles’s novel that I really liked. This is a young adult contemporary romance novel that I found very intriguing and if you are in a reading slump this book would get you out of it.

This story is about a girl named Maggie Armstrong who has been hit by a car by her neighbor, Caleb Becker, and has been hit severely enough that now, she needs physical therapy. Even after months of physical therapy and endurance she is left with a limp. All she needs to do now is get out of this town, Paradise, and go to Spain- a chance to escape from this town.

Caleb Becker was convicted of Maggie’s hit-and-run and has spent the past year in juvenile detention. While he is happy to be free, he returns to Paradise to find his family in turmoil, and he realizes that he can’t just slip right back into his life again.

As a part of Caleb’s community service, he is forced to work at Mrs. Reynolde’s house where Maggie works as well.

A bleak and torturous journey begins for Maggie and Caleb as they are forced to see each other due to certain circumstances.

Slowly they uncover the truth about what happened the night when the accident took place and start finding strength and comfort for each other.

Shatter me trilogy

 Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

My thoughts on this book:
First of all, I started reading this book because of it’s unique plot. I mean this plot is totally different from the other fantasy romance books that I have read before. Mafi’s writing style is astonishing and creative. I love every single quote from this book and most of all I love Juliette’s way of seeing this world. Her extraordinary perspective, her lethal touch.
Please comment below and tell whether you support team Adam or Warner. Love this trilogy! 😀 Every book has this one character that lightens up the whole novel, in this novel it’s Kenji Kishimoto. He is sooo amusing!

This story is about a girl named Juliette Ferrars whose touch is lethal due to which she has been neglected all her life and is now kept in an asylum for about 264 days by the government named The Reestablishment. She has spent all these days in complete solitude, isolated, with only a pen and a notebook in which she writes her thoughts.

Captured by the government she has only two choices left : whether to serve as a weapon or to fight as a warrior.

My thoughts on this book:

This book.. it’s just.. WOW!!! Astounding, terrific, funny and what not!?

Reason for reading this book: Daemon black.

Reason for loving is book: Daemon Black.

Reason for giving this book five stars: Daemon Black.

I  read the whole series (5 books) in five days!!

This book is about a girl named Katy Swartz who moves to West Virginia in order to move on with her life, due to her fathers death. She discovers that she has two neighbors : Dee and Daemon Black. She gets along with Dee pretty well and its not long before they both become best friends. Daemon on the other hand is the ‘arrogant and rude’ bad boy who appears to despise Katy for no reason.

But things change when Katy is attacked by a stranger and Daemon rescues Katy by using his freaking alien mojo.

Yes. You read that part correct. The Blacks aren’t humans they are freaking aliens!!

After reading the whole series I literally fangirled my heart out on this book. ON Daemon. Wow! Just…. WOW!

Attention People: Oblivion (Obsidian 1.5 from Daemons POV!!)  has finally been released! *does happy dance*
